Han Kun LLP has officially launched its London office, marking the firm’s fourth overseas outpost and a further step in the expansion of its global service network.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Beijing, Han Kun now operates 11 offices worldwide. The newly established London office will be led by resident partner Chengrong (Paul) Li, and will focus on advising clients on UK law-related cross-border matters, including investment, banking and finance, corporate compliance, asset management, intellectual property, and international litigation and arbitration.

The London opening follows the firm’s recent launch in Hangzhou earlier this month, making it Han Kun’s second office opening in the same period. Since 2023, the firm has accelerated its internationalisation strategy, having established offices in Singapore, New York and Silicon Valley.
