Joanne Wong has over 15 years of legal experience in the capital markets space, handling legal matters related to corporate transactions and compliance, initial public offerings, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as data protection and privacy. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, she worked at Paul Hastings.
