Zhong Lun Law Firm has strengthened its Hong Kong office with the addition of Renee Xiong, who joins the firm as an international partner.
Xiong focuses her practice on capital markets and debt restructuring, advising issuers and underwriters across industries such as real estate, finance, energy, shipping, food and healthcare. She brings more than 16 years of experience handling complex cross-border transactions and financings.
Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Xiong was a partner at Sidley Austin, where she worked for over a decade. Earlier in her career, she also practiced at Skadden and King & Spalding.
Her arrival continues Zhong Lun’s recent recruitment drive in Hong Kong, as the firm broadens its international platform and strengthens its corporate and capital markets capabilities. In 2025 alone, Zhong Lun has added several partners and senior lawyers with international firm backgrounds, including Gary Li, Yilong Du, Boxin Wang, Stacey Shen, Min Lu, Marjory Ding, and Wu Hao. The firm’s Hong Kong office now counts 29 partners.
