Dacheng Law Office has announced that Che Xuan, former GC of Dell China, has joined the firm’s Beijing office as counsel.

Che brings extensive experience in legal management and corporate governance, having served in senior legal leadership roles at Dell and Siemens, where he oversaw legal strategy and operations for both multinational technology giants in the Chinese market. His work has spanned corporate compliance, strategic transactions, and business risk management, as well as involvement in core business decision-making and compliance framework development.

In addition, Che also worked as a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons for five years.
